For six years North Liverpool Academy has hosted Pink and Powerful, a celebration of female achievement, empowerment, fashion and beauty. Women of all ages have attended the event from North Liverpool to raise money for Breast Cancer Research.
This year the boys will be getting in on the action with ManMade, enjoying all the same events but raising money for a local men’s health programme – HIM.
The two events have become one so that we can challenge stereotypes, embrace our uniqueness and celebrate our talents.
Held at North Liverpool Academy there will be several zones at the event, reflecting this year’s themes;

- Food Glorious Food
- Science Boffins
- Upcycling
- Gaming
- Big Boy Toys
We will have a fashion show, guest speakers, local businesses exhibiting, expert demonstrations and our students will be showcasing their entries to our themed competitions.

Everyone in the community is invited to join in the fun and enter the competitions alongside our students.
